Approximate position from published sources.
The ship was torpedoed off Lombok in January 1942, beached at Tulamben, and sat there until Mount Agung's 1963 eruption pushed it into the sea. It now rests on a slope a short swim from the shore, broken open, easy to move through and heavily grown with soft coral and gorgonians. Bumphead parrotfish gather on it around dawn, which is also the quietest time to dive.
