Drafts, species tags, and photos live in IndexedDB on this device — data URLs, no upload. Dive-computer import and Web Bluetooth stay parked. New logs are self-logged until a partner centre attests them. Operator-verified is a Continental Scuba centre stamp — Phase 1 demo, not a PADI or SSI API. Passport: not centre-verified yet. Link: online — queue still works either way.
