Coordinates from a cited source.
The Blue Hole is a near-circular hole over 100 m deep, linked to the open sea by a shallow saddle at about 6–7 m and, far deeper, by a 26 m long tunnel called the Arch whose top sits around 55 m. Recreational dives stay on the walls within 30 m, often finishing here after the Bells. Exact counts are not kept, but one widely cited estimate puts deaths at more than 130 divers between 1997 and 2012, many tied to attempts on the Arch. Memorial plaques line the shore.
Advanced Open Water or equivalent (30 m); the Arch is a technical dive only

Hazards
- high · The Arch (top ~55 m) is beyond recreational limits; many divers have died attempting it
- high · No bottom inside the hole (~100 m deep) — depth creep and narcosis
- medium · Currents on the outer reef
- low · Crowded shore entry
Marine life
Typical: anthias, lionfish, scorpionfish, trevally, barracuda, turtle, nudibranch, anemonefish
